General Information about conversions
Your original cassettes will be returned to you along with the converted copy. The new cassette is provided by us at no charge.

Normal turnaround time is 24-hours, so we will send the cassettes back out to you the next morning after receiving them in most cases.

If you would like to convert a video from Pal <-> NTSC <-> SECAM to DVD please fill out our Video to DVD order form.

Not sure about sending your video away? We have completed thousands of orders during ours years in business since 1979. We have offered this service over the internet for more than three years now. Not one of our customers have lost a single Video!

All orders within the USA are shipped by UPS, FedEx or other carrier that offers package tracking and delivery confirmations.
